Bnadai B-Wing 1/72

Postby Aigore » March 3rd, 2019, 5:12 pm

Right then...My first finished build for the year, took a while before I got pics of it however :P

A bandai B-wing in 1/72nd scale, and it´s a gem like all Bandai kits. A joy to build and weather :D

Wow, this is so well done. I love the subtle weathering. What did you use around the engine exhaust? It looks so realistic.

Thanx Bauble :D
I'm a fan of pigments so I use lots of AK pigments of various hues as well as tamyia "make-up" boxes

I am learning a lot by looking at the pictures. And inspired! On your second to last picture, lower left quarter of the picture, you have what looks like paint chipping through 2 underlayers of paint! How did you achieve that effect?

Excellent work!
If you have a tool and aren't aware of what it can do, its dangerous. A jedi can do amazing things with a lightsaber. A roomful of chimps with lightsabers... would get messy.

A happy coincidence? Never knew it was there :P I used standard vaseline chipping all over.
