Re: So I tried to fix the shittiest SW Ship...

I clicked on this link hoping and praying it wasn't one of my kits LOL  I don't think I've ever heard your kits described that way. Kottlewski, I never noticed how poorly designed the original version was until seeing your improved version next to it. The modifications provide a backstory that...

Re: 1/72 TIE Crawler

Maybe that could be a Rebel variant? Looks about 1/144th scale?

Re: K-2S0 and Friends!

Great group shot! Nice work particularly on R2-D4 and K-2SO Yeah, thanks! I still have to dirty up R2-D2, and I went with lightly dirtied BB-8 which doesn't show well in the photo. I still can't decide if I want to dirty up C-3P0. I like him all shiny-like, but it looks more "real" dirtied up. Mayb...

1/72 TIE Crawler : Complete kit -or- Conversion Only

The 1/72 TIE Crawler is available again. The complete kit which is based on Finemolds scale is $55 USD, and the conversion for Bandai is $38 USD. Bandai donor kit must be original TIE Fighter or TIE Interceptor. ( First Order kits will NOT work with the conversion because they are smaller and the co...

Re: 1/72 TIE Crawler

I was in a bit of a hurry to say the build was finished, and forgot about a touch of detail paint and weathering on the cockpit ball, but I still think it looks good. It's now in the Finished forum - https://www.keeperoftheforce.com/viewto ... f=8&t=2506

1/72 TIE Crawler

After years of realizing that I missed out on this kit when it was offered by JPG, "The Jimi" was nice enough to sell me the pattern that Stefan Hacker had mastered. So now I not only get to get to sell the kit, but I built this one to put on my shelf as well, and that's the real reason that I make ...

Re: Jabba's Throne Room Diorama

 Love what you've done with it!! I've got this one in my stash, so I'll reference your build whenever I get around to working on mine. The upgrades you've made to it look fantastic, and getting Femi Taylor to sign it is a nice bonus.

Re: 1/72 TIE Crawler

That looks so much better. Definitely needed the larger marking. Calling this one done, and will take better photos to post in the Finished forum. Guess I need to remove some lint and dust specs while I'm at it too. Dang photos show everything! :P http://www.mvmodels.biz/kits/tiecrawler/tc_build13_1...

Re: 1/72 TIE Crawler

Almost finished. I think the Imperial Emblem on the outside needs to be larger. Just doesn't look right at that size, so I'll make it about twice that size and center it in that block. While Imperial craft are usually more clean than their rebel counterparts, I decided to smudge up the track area on...

Wow! I had to read your post more than once for it to finally set in. You did this in one day? Fantastic workmanship and attention to detail.
