Re: 1/144 Falcon - Lando's version

Excellent work! Colors and weathering looks prefect I have one of these in the stash. This design has always been weird to me. Sometimes I like it, more often I am indifferent to it, but most times I hate the look it has with the extended front It seems like you have the prefect solution there with ...

Re: Rebels A-Wing Conversion

That's a great conversion guide!

Never realized it would be that much work as the only cursory difference I always saw was the front cutaway part being filled in.

But it really does have a lot more differences in shape and it looks like you solved that nicely

Re: Imperial shuttle scale debate...

Yeah, as others have said, the figures are way out of scale. I think they went must have used the old Kenner toy as an inspiration for this I have seen a build of the Revell shuttle with an escort of 1/144 Ties and they definitely looked good proportionally so I would say it is closest to 1/144 and ...

Re: 1/72 Rebel Hangar

Here are the blue prints for the full size A-Wing. Notice how small it is https://us.propstoreauction.com/view-auctions/catalog/id/75/lot/16585/ If I am reading the grid right each mark is 2'0" and there are 11 that stop at some point near where the engine ring is So based on that grid, front to bac...

Re: 1/72 Rebel Hangar

Wow, those are the "1/144" A-WIngs!

I knew they were oversized but did not realize how much. They seem to fit in well enough

Re: 1/72 Rebel Hangar

Awesome!

Where did the Speeeders and A-Wings come from.

Is the Speeder the RetroSF/RetroKits one?

The A-Wings seem more appropriate size wise than the Bandai ones
