X-wing Paint Chipping Tutorial Video

Post by PixelMagic » October 28th, 2014, 5:51 pm

Hey guys. Some people had wondered how I get such small paint chips on my Star Wars models, so I did a step by step tutorial using a 1:72 X-wing. Check it out...

This seems like an easy and foolproof way to do paint chipping. I like your video. Precise and informative. I'm going to try this on my build. Thanks.

Cool tutorial. What's the PSI limit you can spray at before you start to blow the salt off of the model? I'm usually in the 12-15 range...which seems like it would remove it pretty quickly.
Need to build 30 models per year until I'm 90 to clean out the stash. Time to get cracking!
