Honestly, I thought it was a fan-film at first. I know it's a teaser, but I wasn't that impressed. I feel like JJ is going for over-the-top visuals and losing the classic feel of Star Wars. Even the Falcon scene was a bit too much. But that's just me I guess.

I wish it was the original stormtrooper design but I do think this one is good.
I see the new x wing's wing splits slightly differently now wonder how long till someone mods a finemolds kit?

I feel exactly the same as Unreality, if it wasn't on the apple page I would have thought the starting was a fan film. But the more I watch the more I'm liking it, the falcon looked like a clip from a game and that droid sucks. Don't like the sabre at the end either, BUT the whole point for me is the Story, if the story is great I don't care. The X Wings were cool....hated the helmets the pilots wore though....and I don't like the new Storm Trooper costume....the speeder bike was cool.

I didn't like the droid, and the Falcon seemed a bit to CG for me. Other than that I LOVED IT!

Hated the droid, not made up my mind about the saber, looks a bit highlander to me and the blade is a bit rough, maybe not a professional build?
I liked the falcon section but am a little surprised how cg it was considering all the talk about going back to basics, hope to God the stormtrooper are real and not cg.

I noticed a continuity error (yeah, I'm a true nerd): The pole/lightsaber/jousting stick on Daisy Ridley's speeder is present in the close-up shot and missing in the subsequent shot. I thought it was a lightsaber at first (looks a lot like a shortened Maul variant).

Agreed. I do like the new X-wings, but I still can't love the trailer.
