Star Destroyer Diorama "The Remains of an Empire"

Post by Stefan Hacker » April 20th, 2015, 1:59 pm

Hi Guys! After watching the new STAR WARS Teaser i was stunned by the first scene where you can see a Star Destroyer crashed in the desert of Jakku. Damn i had goosebumps and tears in my eyes.

The red marked panels will be removed. The SD seems to be heavier damaged on the port side. Maybe the Ship was involved in an fight with an enemy ship similar to the scene in Episode III. We´ll know more in November this year.

I don''t even have one proper Star Destroyer finished (and even then I only have the AMT/ERTL one) and your busy blowing up and crashing my grail kits

This is going to be really cool. I loved that shot and it indeed would make an awesome diorama!
If you have a tool and aren't aware of what it can do, its dangerous. A jedi can do amazing things with a lightsaber. A roomful of chimps with lightsabers... would get messy.

Wow how many of those things have you got? :D Have you got any space left in your house, one RC ISD, one intact Anigrand, one with a Dreadnaught sticking out the side and now a crashed one...

At least you won´t have to worry about lighting this time. ;)

I´ll be happy when I´ll finish my kit built (almost) OOB...
