Re: 1/144 Hammerhead corvette scratch build
I still need to add gribbles and carefully apply a skin layer to the mid section.

I absolutely adore work like this. Simply wonderful.

That is good enough to be a filming model!
If you have a tool and aren't aware of what it can do, its dangerous. A jedi can do amazing things with a lightsaber. A roomful of chimps with lightsabers... would get messy.

Thanks Kyp, Daniel and Blakeh, your encouragements drive me on! I finished greebling the segment. Looks more star warish to me. Took some pictures but the light was low. On a trip now. When I get back, I will retake it he photos and post.

Just a small update. I finished greebling up the side galley. Before starting on the other side, I thought I should prime it to see whether it looks right. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it looks. The sharp edges really catch the light well.

Looks great but gee that Photobucket watermark is annoying - is it possible to move or shrink it?

Thanks, guys. Sorry I am a cheapskate so my photo bucket account is free and my pictures have their big watermarks. Is there a better free way to post pictures here? I would be glad to try a better way.
