Helped my son build his first model, the Revell snap tight X-Wing.

A long, long, time ago. in a galaxy far, far, away I built my first model.
It was a Strombecker wood kit, with the powdered glue that came with the kit. :o

I built my first X wing right after the kit became available, soon after ANH was first released.

Thanks everyone, had a blast working on it with him, and he is insanely proud of it. He's still flying it around the house making " pew pew" noises.... Not that he's seen anyone else do that... :D

Hey, you're starting him off right...I had to do a few cars before I got to branch out to the good stuff. He he he.
Need to build 30 models per year until I'm 90 to clean out the stash. Time to get cracking!
