1/72 V-Wing

Finally I'm getting to some of the backlog of kits, and the V-Wing is next. Changes to this kit since Fantastic Plastic :

- - - - - New canopy with vacu-formed insert. Will also supply the original canopy as opaque resin for those who don't like working with vacu-formed plastic or who don't want to display the cockpit interior.

- - - - - Clone Pilot now included.


I hope to have this finished within about 2 weeks. Depends on what goes correctly and what doesn't.

Not sure about pricing yet, but it's smaller than most of the other 1/72 scale ships I sell, so probably a little less than those.

Got primer and base paint applied to some of the parts. Base paint is white with a very light amount of Royal Light Grey at a ratio of about 16 to 1. Drilled out the cannon about 1mm deep, but might use a larger bit to increase the diameter as they appear to be a little small to me. Ready to tape for detail paint.

1:72 is not my preferred scale but I've to admit that this one is attractive...

I like the V wing a lot. Pity it did not get much time on screen. I love that you are putting out a kit for it.
